One Tree Hill TV Show

Unfortunately, we weren’t provided with any pictures from the upcoming episode of ONE TREE HILL, “Bridge Over Troubled Water,” but we still wanted to remind you to tune in on Monday, September 22, at 9pm on The CW.

However we do have a few promos and preview clips from and the synopsis from “Bridge Over Troubled Water” below.

Synopsis: “Bridge Over Troubled Water” - Lucas (Chad Michael Murray) struggles to inspire the Ravens, while Haley (Bethany Joy Galeotti) investigates the disappearance of Dan (Paul Johansson). Brooke (Sophia Bush) confronts an old demon from her past, as Nathan (James Lafferty) comes to terms with Deb’s (Barbara Alyn Woods) relationship with Skills (Antwon Tanner). Peyton (Hilarie Burton) is surprised when a famous musician visits her studio.

From Amy: I’m not 100% this is for 6.02 but it’s my best guess
hey guys.. i’m new to this thread but i just thought i’d share something with you all! i think the “major character leaving tree hill” (one of the pop-ups that showed on the CW during a re-run of the show, advertising spoilers for season 6) MIGHT be mouth. i was in wilmington a few weeks ago to check stuff out and see if any filming was going on, and when i got there they were setting up to shoot a couple scenes by the rivercourt… skills, deb, mouth, and millicent were there. and as the fans and i were watching them set up, some of the fans asked one of the crew members what scenes they were shooting, and the guy read off the paper he was holding, and said skills and deb make out, then said that they’re shooting another scene there, where mouth and millicent “drive by”. the road right next to the rivercourt is where they shoot a LOT of the scenes with people driving in their cars, and it was on this road where i saw one of the crew members put a “thank you for visiting Tree Hill” sign. so if mouth and millicent were there, and “driving by” in a scene on THAT road with the sign on it, i’m assuming that the sign will be in that same scene, and will apply to him. i can definitely see the show using that sign in a scene, like someone is seeing it as they’re leaving town. and since they’ve been talking about mouth taking that new sportscaster job or whatever… i just thought it might be a possibility! (below are pics of the sign next to the road)

i have a spoiler(well not a huge one but just some news) but im not sure where i am supposed to post it. my friends were jsut in wilmington and they went to brooke and peytons house and they saw peytons room and it was being paccked up! yay leyton!
Updated: she didnt see the filming in like action but they were there and sometime that week or even that day they were in peytons room and it was all packed up. the person on the tour wasnt allowed to verify anything but my friend said it was pretty obvious.

I really wanted to share with all of you information that I got from my friend who lives in Wilmington. She lives in the same community where the Naley house is (she actually lives down the street from it) and she was out on her boat the other day (I believe on Tuesday) and that marina is right behind the houses and you can see somewhat into the Naley backyard from it and she saw James, Barbra and Antwon filming a scene. Barbra and Antwon were in the pool and Nathan was outside of it. She obviously couldn’t hear anything that was being said but she was able to see at least that much of it. Hey just stopping by to let you all know I was just over by St. James and Joy and Jackson are def there filming. I actually saw Jackson, Joy was word of mouth from the crew.

Sophia also filmed today but wore something to cover her face since they said her make-up was done like she had been beaten up.

The cast & crew will not actually be filming in Vegas. Everything will be filmed on set. They were not able to spend the money to go and film there.

602 is being filmed in Vegas. filming starts anywhere from June 17-19 on the first episode, so they’ll be in Vegas the end of June. they’re not taking the NC crew to vegas, they’re having a 2nd unit from Los Angeles flown out to Vegas. all we know for sure is Chad will be there. which of the girls, we don’t know.

This one questionable * Since its sort of already come out in the promo I guess I can release what I was sworn to secrecy about. 6.02 will be filmed in Vegas. The only thing is I don’t know if its “Vegas” in Wilmington or actually Vegas, Nevada. Its supposed to pose as the latter. I have seen a small spoiler about NH few minutes ago. And it is completely veritable spoiler. They definitely filmed a ‘Naley kiss scene’ very recently. It was not actually a heavy kiss. But in that scene, Nathan was kissing on Haley’s neck while mumbling something. My friend said (she works on set currently) that they filmed it in their living room. However that scene was not only about Naley. Because she said, S/D were bursting into the living room like horny rabbits when it happens. Eww!… cool. Mary Kate: I just read that season six will be the final season for One Tree Hill. True or false?
Neither: The fate of OTH remains be determined. I checked with a source on the show, and he told me no decisions come down on the network side until May 2009, so hang in there. The new seasons starts Monday, Sept. 1, and there’s a little more info below.

“One Tree Hill” Executive Producer Greg Prange needed a basketball arena for an episode of the TV show’s new season.

He found it in the Crown Coliseum. The location was perfect, too, since Fayetteville is close to Wilmington, where the CW Television Network drama is filmed.

“It’s kind of a cool place, and everybody is fantastic that works here,” Prange said Wednesday. “It’s a good choice.”

Prange, along with a film crew of 110 people, turned the inside of the coliseum into the fictional setting for episode five of the drama’s new season, which premiers Sept 1. The episode, titled “You dug your own grave, now lay in it,” centers on one of the show’s five main characters, Nathan Scott, as he works to regain his basketball career. It’s scheduled to air at 9 p.m. Sept. 29.

“We’re in season six,” Prange said. “We celebrated over 100 episodes last year, so it’s a big deal.”

“One Tree Hill” is set in the fictional Tree Hill, a small North Carolina town. The show tells the stories of two half-brothers, Lucas Scott, played by Chad Michael Murray, and Nathan Scott, played by James Lafferty.

Lafferty, who is 23 and a California native, said this was his first trip to Fayetteville. Shooting on location, he said, is a nice change of pace.

“It’s refreshing. It gives a change of scenery,” he said. “The whole crew gets to come out and gets a bonding experience that way.”

His impression of Fayetteville?

“The only part of Fayetteville I’ve seen is this stadium,” Lafferty said with a laugh. “I think it’s actually really nice. I don’t know how big Fayetteville is, but this is a good size arena for a town.”

Lafferty, who played basketball in high school, gets to use his skills on the television series. His character was injured and is now trying to get back in the game.

Prange couldn’t disclose details of the upcoming season. A news photographer was not permitted on set.

Shooting in Wilmington, Prange said, gives the show an authentic feel. Keeping the true-life atmosphere is part of the reason producers wanted to shoot the basketball scenes in a real arena.

“We just needed something that looked like a nice, beautiful, big-time basketball arena,” he said.

Paul Beard, the Crown Center’s chief executive, said having a national TV show filmed at the coliseum is a big coup. He hopes it will open the door for other television shows and movie productions to shoot at the Crown.

“It’s great prestige for us,” Beard said. “It’s another feather in the cap for the community.”

The show’s art department came to Fayetteville on Tuesday to make cosmetic changes to the Crown to give it the look they wanted for the show. They changed the name on the marquees to reflect the fictional basketball team that is being portrayed in the show.

Seats were placed on the arena floor, and the basketball court was installed. Lights were added to the bottom of the score board, and the advertisements in the arena were replaced with ads from fictional companies.

“It’s a lot of work to come and shoot for one day,” Prange said. “But you got to do it. So it’s good.”

Working with the Crown has been a positive experience, he said, and he isn’t ruling out the possibility of returning.

“We still have 16 more scripts to do this year,” Prange said. “So you never know. We could be back.”

Remember the mystery man that Mia told Peyton (Hilarie Burton) she had met in the One Tree Hill season finale? You know, the guy who knew Peyton’s biological mother back in the day? The dude we were led to believe might be Peyton’s real pops? No? Me neither. But listen up anyway, ’cause this is about to get very interesting. I think.

Actor-musician John Doe (Roswell, seminal L.A. punk band X) is joining the One Tree Hill cast this season as said mystery man, sources confirm to me exclusively.

One of those sources, OTH executive producer Mark Schwahn, says the identity of Doe’s character (who, ironically, is a John Doe himself at this point) will remain a mystery… for a little while at least. “Whether or not he’s [Peyton's] father will be the question,” Schwahn explains. “[But] we will find out one way or the other.”

Sophia Bush’s real name is Sophia Anna Bush. Sophia Bush was born on July 8, 1982, in Pasadena, California. She is an only child. Her father, Charles William Bush, is a renowned advertising and celebrity photographer, and her mother, Maureen Bush, runs a photography studio.

Young Sophia was brought up in Pasadena; she made her acting debut in a school theater production while attending Westridge School for Girls, a small private school in her hometown. Sophia Bush was crowned the Queen of the Tournament of Roses at Pasadena Rose Parade in 2000; that same year she graduated from HS. In 2002 Sophia Bush made her screen debut as Sally, a college student, in the comedy Van Wilder (2002) opposite Ryan Reynolds.
